The name “Twistt”, which is a play on spelling to include “STT” in the title, pays homage to it’s place of origin. This locally-owned restaurant was passionately planned and is currently cherished by Dimitri & Tamra James. As the name implies, the owners are always looking for new ways to dish up old traditional island favorites—local food with a Twistt.
